Before our collaboration, the brand had been struggling with poor ad performance on Meta Ads, averaging a ROAS of just 1.3X-1.4X over a span of 2-3 months. The founder was understandably tense, as they were facing continuous losses and declining profitability. There was a clear lack of return on ad spend despite consistent efforts.

We took over the brand's Meta Ads in Q4 of 2023 and implemented a strategic overhaul focused on increasing Average Order Value (AOV), optimizing daily revenue, and restoring profitable scaling. Through deep campaign analysis, refined targeting, creative testing, and sales funnel optimization, we began to see consistent improvements in performance metrics within weeks.
