How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete any personal data associated with your use of our services, including data collected through our advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram), please submit a request using one of the following methods:
Email: Send your request to support@shaanks.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
Please include the following information in your request:
Your full name
The email address associated with your account
A brief description of the data you would like deleted
What Happens After You Submit a Request
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
We will verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
We will process and complete your request within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a valid request, we will delete:
Any personally identifiable information stored in our systems
Ad interaction data linked to your account
Any custom audience data where you have been identified
Please note that some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so, or where the data has been fully anonymized and can no longer be linked to you.
Facebook and Instagram Data
If you wish to remove data that Facebook or Instagram holds about you, including ad preferences and interaction history, you can do so directly through your account settings:
Facebook: Settings > Your Facebook Information > Off-Facebook Activity
Instagram: Settings > Security > Access Data
