These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Shaanks' design subscription services ("Services") and website (https://shaanks.com). By subscribing to or using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Shaanks provides a full-stack design team subscription for startups and agencies, including:

  • UI/UX design

  • Branding & web design

  • Social media & ad creatives

  • Motion graphics & video editing (select plans)

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

A. Plans & Pricing

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew until canceled.

  • Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change with 30 days' notice.

B. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal.

  • No refunds for partial months, but you may cancel future billing (see Section 5).

C. Fair Use Policy

  • "Unlimited requests" are fulfilled based on realistic turnaround times (see SLA).

  • Abuse (e.g., spam requests) may result in service suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear briefs and timely feedback.

  • Supply brand assets (logos, fonts, etc.) when required.

  • Not submit requests for illegal, offensive, or plagiarized work.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains ownership of all submitted materials (e.g., logos, brand guidelines).

  • Shaanks retains rights to portfolio displays unless you request confidentiality (NDA available).

5. Cancellation & Pausing

  • Cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing [support@shaanks.com].

  • No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • Pauses allowed for up to 2 months per year (billing resumes automatically afterward).

6. Confidentiality

  • Shaanks will not disclose your projects or data to third parties (except subcontractors under NDA).

  • Clients may request white-label service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Shaanks is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from service delays or interruptions.

  • Maximum liability is limited to one month’s subscription fee.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will first be resolved via good-faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Indian Courts

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
